How Ordering Works
- 1. Browse the Current Menu
Each card clearly says Add to Cart, Customize, Sold Out, Ordering Closed, or Currently Unavailable. - 2. Add to Cart
Choose one ordering drop and customize eligible items. You stay on the menu while the cart count updates. Prices and availability are rechecked by Nini's server. - 3. Review Fulfillment & Contact Details
Confirm every item, modifier, subtotal, tax, fees, and an available pickup or delivery time. Delivery is offered only when the owner has configured it and the merchandise minimum is met. - 4. Secure Stripe Checkout
Stripe hosts the payment page. Returning to Nini's does not by itself mark an order paid. - 5. Receive Durable Confirmation
Only Stripe's signed payment confirmation moves a fixed-menu order into Nini's kitchen queue. Save the Nini's order number and Stripe receipt. - 6. Follow Your Order
Use the order number plus the email or phone used at checkout to view payment and preparation status, request an eligible change, and—on pickup orders—tell Nini's when you are on your way and when you arrive.
Paid-order policy
Paid orders cannot be cancelled for a refund because Nini's purchases and prepares food specifically for each order. If Nini's makes a material, valid mistake, staff may review and approve an appropriate refund. A minor omission that can be corrected immediately does not warrant a refund. This policy applies except where required by law.
Plate and weekly change requests close Wednesday at 11:59 PM in Nini's configured business timezone. Requests are reviewed, are not guaranteed, and never create an automatic refund. Taco Tuesday uses the owner-published change deadline.
Catering, bar service, custom trays, and custom family meals use an inquiry and quote instead of immediate cart payment.
Application email and text messages are not delivered until an approved provider is configured. Stripe receipts, the confirmation page, and secure order lookup are the launch recovery paths.
